Re-connect with yourself by practicing yoga
Do you know some of the benefits of practicing yoga? In addition to help you to relax, it reduces stress, improves coordination and concentration, helps you sleep better and facilitates digestion, among many other benefits that are directly associated with practicting yoga. At Villa Chiquita you will be able to sign up for free yoga classes for guests once per week, which take place on our rooftop, adding a spectacular view to that unique moment of absolute calmness.
The yoga classes will be held on the rooftop of the hotel outside and always subject to weather conditions.
Always active, always fit
The most important part about learning to practice self-care is finding balance. And to do that, one of the starting points is finding some time for yourself, to dedicate to your body and stay active. This is why you will find a completely equipped gym at Villa Chiquita where you will be able to get away for a couple of hours and where you can disconnect for a couple of hours and dedicate yourself to releasing endorphins and stress.
