Our employees have been trained to know all about the new anti-COVID-19 operating protocols
Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleaning has always been our priority. With the current situation we have reinforced our cleaning protocol to guarantee our guests a safe stay at Hotel Villa Chiquita. We have developed a special prevention and maintenance plan for each of the spaces in our hotel, disinfecting all surfaces with certified products that ensure the sterilization of sheets, towels and all kinds of material that our guests may need.
Villa Chiquita's restaurants have also adapted to the new health situation, complying with all the measures recommended by the Ministry of Health, as well as by the WHO. The new protocols include the disinfection and cleaning of all dishes, cutlery and dishes washed at high temperatures.
At Hotel Villa Chiquita the wellbeing of our guests is our main priority. We will carry out temperature controls and deliver a sanitary kit to each of our clients to guarantee a 'COVID' free environment. As part of the new protocols, we've added the disinfection of keys and contact surfaces to our protocols and implemented a ‘contactless’ system to offer self check-in for our guests.
Each of our employees has received the necessary training to become aware of how to guarantee self-protection of team members, as well taking impeccable care of our guests. The received training guarantees knowledge of the new anti-COVID-19 operational protocols, thus being able to comply with hygiene and protection measures.
